while creating Sales order with JHA1X, following message is poped :

Billing date could not be determined from billing calendar

do let me know if any customization setting needs to be updated.

Hi,

Go to SAP service Marketplace, and search for this Note, You need to have S user for logon, consult your BASIS person they will help you on this.

Some corrections are given in the SAP Note,

In my office also same problem is occurs, I'm ABAP Developer my MAM consultant is asking for some userexit is it possible to clear this error through the SAP NOTE 200419. Can you explain we little more so that i can explain BASIS guy and my MAM guy steps to clear the error.

As per my basis and abapper, this particular note has been updated. Also my version is 4.6C

I solved the problem here.

Actually if your in India please check in T.CODE: OY05, whether Factory ID : IN valid to 2010 change that to 2015 or more.

or ask your abaper to check this function DATE_CONVERT_TO_FACTORYDATE for your factory id and IN as Factory ID.
