Hi Experts,
We were trying to install SAP-EasyDMS_v6_sp14 on 64 bit system. Installation is going fine. But the SAP EASYDMS ICON to access the SAP in not getting created on the desktop. Installation log is not showing any error messages. we have MS Office and SAP GUI already installed on the machine on which we are trying to install EASYDMS. Further we are able to sucessfully use EASYDMS on 32 bit machines. The problem is only with 64 bit machine.
Kindly help us how we can over come this problem.
Please advice if more information is needed.
