Instead of one call object on due date many call objects are getting genera

Hello Experts

Pls. help me to solve this issue

For some counter based maintenance plans which are running through background job (Programme RISHTRA20) * instead of one call object on due date many call objects are getting generated*. Why it is happening. where could have gone wrong.

I have checked all scheduling parameters.

My observations are

User updating measurement documents regularly

Cycle/unit = 250 hrs

Scheduling period = 999 days

Call horizon = 90%

Counter = 32 hrs

Counter over reading = 9999.00 hrs

Hi ,

If it is a single cycle or multiple cycle plan then check whether your having multiple maintenance items ..if yes then remove the remaining and accordingly check if you want to have same maintenance tasks for all the eqpts in the respective maintenance items ..then use those eqpts in the single maintenance item and then check ..

If it is a strategy cycle plan in addition to the above you please check up the HIrerachy of packages .

It is a single cycle counter based plan created against Functional Location

One tasklist is attached to Functional Location

One item is there in Maintenance Plan

Measurement readings also being updated regularly.

More call objects are generated on the scheduled date. This is the problem

R u maintaining any data on interval for call object field in ip30?
