Seeburger Splitter configuration issue

Hi Guys,

When I am doing the seeburger Splitter configuraiton, After giving the sender Party then I click on "Search Service" button then Sender-Services displayed, so selected required service and click on "Search Channels" but I am unable to get the Channels.

I checked the configuraion, everythig is fine.

I tried by re-importing the 997 meta data also, but no use.

first check your 997 channel configured correctly (with all modules).

check all mappings required are deployed for seeburger.

this behaviour is usualy outcome of issue in above case.

hi,

make sure your channel is completely defined and activated, specifically make sure it has a sender agreement. If that still not work try a full CPA cache refresh.

Hi.

Did you tried with previus Messages Splitter to verified if you can not search the channels in general.

Verified if they show the channel on the splitter.

Hi Luis,

This is the first scenario we are doing in the Seeburger workbench.

COuld you please suggest me the possible tips to resolve this issue.

Hi.

This weird check the adapter engine is installed correctly with seeburger.

Are you working with Pi7.0 or 7.1 for Adapter 997.?

Hi Luis,

I am working in PI 7.1 and I am configuring the both 997 and 850 signals in seeburger.

I will check the adapter engine installed properly or not.

Is there any possibilities?
