May be you can answer better ,, its purely upto you how are using those tables in your program , any dependancy is there or not .
Moreover suggestion is to do in sequence only.

may be i misunderstood your question , is your question is to transport entries of table in transport request or copy newly created table into QA or PRD using transport request?
