Solution Manager EHP1

While executing Managed system for PI7.0 (ABAP+ JAVA ) System , we are getting the problem

The SMD agent is already installed on the managed system

The error in Managed System Configuration :

Created destination MID|sdxid008_MID_00

Created action MID - MID AbapSystem

Created action MID|sdxid008_MID_00 - MID|sdxid008_MID_00 AbapInstance

Created 2 action(s).

1 Wilyhost Agent(s)

from host sdxid008 are connected to the EM.

90 seconds after restarting the WilyHostAgent the data of the following action is still missing in EM: MID - MID AbapSystem

Please check SMDAgentApplication log files for warnings and errors.

It seems that some roles and/or programs are missing on the managed system. Please check the prerequisites from the Root Cause Analysis User Administration Guide under

What version of LM-SERVICE do you have currently applied? Did you apply the latest patch level for your LM-serivce ?

Hello,

Thanks for your reply, First we upgraded patch level since patch level was low. Now we applied most recent patch sp25 LMSERVICE8, after that we have run the wizard for managed system, now we got the below warning

"Wilyhost Agent setup finished successfully with limitations. Data of at least one action is not available in Enterprise Manager(spsma033:6001)"

please suggest me to complete this task

Hi Sudbang,

You can ignore this warning as it is common for dual stack or Java stack system.

There would be little communication delay while setting up the diagnostics managed system and warning out.

But you can see the system and its all E2E RCA menus in the workload analysis and introscope webview.

I also faced similas warnings for every managed system setup and but nothing wrong with E2E RCA finally.
