How to Populate VBEH Table

Hi SAP experts,

I'm trying to get VBEH table updated with all the schedule lines history of a sales order.

I want this updated every time I use transactions that create or change something in the schedule lines of a sales order.

Right now this table has nothing and I'm wondering if there is some kind of customization to enable the posting to it.

I'm in a ECC 6 system.

Thanks to all,

Nelson Ribeiro.

Hello Nelson

Though the field name says Sales document, I think table VBEH is used to store the change history of Sched lines belonging to Scheduling agreements only and not for sales orders or contracts. If you have Sched Agreements with Forecast or JIT delivery schedules which get updated via EDI, you will see this table will be populated with those changes.

So I don't think you can use it for other than sched agreements and for Sched agreements you don't need any config to make it work.

See this OSS note and it amy throw some light on your question:

746502 - Scheduling agreements do not record changes

Hi,

Please take a look at this thread as they say that this is possible to do using a BAPI while changing the sales order.

[SDN link|;

Maybe it's possible while using the standard transactions via user-exit.

Thanks,

NRRibeiro.

Well my friend, in that case also they were dealing with Scheduling agreements.
