Can one customer have different addresses for two diffrent sales org( sales area ).

Dear friend,

You can extend a customer for different distribution channel, division etc. These information store in KNVV table but;

Adress is a field of KNA1 table. And there is one adress for one customer.

As a result there is one adress for one customer.

Business have multiple sales organization to differentiate the various form of sales , reporting & statistics purpose. But not for Customer purpose. Customer may have local address or international address, both can be captured@general data - level in CMR. if the same customer have different local address, which means the physical location is different, then it will be treated as another business partner under the same Customer only.

Quiet illogical

Address is captured in GENERAL DATA of Customer master and it is valid for all Company codes and all sales areas

It will be same everywhere
