Hello

It is not possible to delete the message in delivering status. Most likely the queue is blocked. To unblock it you can restart the Message System service or just restart the java node.

To prevent this from occuring again:

- you can increase the number of threads available to the queue, see the blog: /people/kenny.scott/blog/2007/08/20/messaging-system-queue-properties-after-xi-30-sp19-xi-70sp11

Hi,

You can't delete the message in the delivering state.

Let the message status to change to 'System error' then you will be able to cancel it.

Hi Supriya,

There is no error in sender cc.. only i can see the message in delivering state as i am trying to process 16MB file.

Please check in the queues (SMQR) if the message is struck with 'TimeOut' error.

If that is the case, you may need to increase the ICM_HTTP_TIMEOUT parameter value.

Hi Srikanth.

You can stop/start the communication channel receiver, then your message will be flagged with error system status.

Look also RWB->Component monitoring ->Adapter Engine ->Engine Status.

In Tab Message Overview, try to search it and stop its message.

Hi Bruno,

Even after stop/start the channel i can not see any error message in receiver channel, the message still persits in deliverin state.

I have gone thru the engine status/message overview there i can not fine stop button to stop its message.

Can any one suggest how could i solve the problem. Its impacting all other scenarios as while testing other scenarios, the messages are going into status " To Be Delivered ". with this its impacting all other scenarios.

Please suggest the best way to remove the messages from delivering state.

I am at 7.11 version.

Thanks,

Srikanth

Hi Alentorn,

No message is in waiting state. Yes i have already gone thru the note which you have provided.

I am not able to find the solution for making the status as system error of delivering state message.
