Dear experts,

I've this problem:

I've create an inspection lot without task list.

If I try to assing a task list the system give me the message "No inspection plan could be found".

But in transaction QP02 I've seen that the inspection plan exists and the material is assinged to the insepction plan correctly.

Where's the error?

Hi,

Kindly check below points

1. Inspection Plan has been released

2. Inspection Plan Header check quantity field Vs the Inspection lot Quantity. If your Quantity maintained is greater than the Inspection lot QTY you will get the same error.

3.You are using the Correct Key date.

What does "Inspection plan released" means?

If this is put the field Status at value 4 (relased) my plan is already in this shape

The quantities are correct and the date are right

Most of the issues for a plan not being assigned have been raised here already. I suggest you rereview the value in QA02 to see what usage the lot is looking for. Than change the key date to one day after the date the inspection plan was created and assigned to the material.

Once you have double checked all the above, go to QA02 and click on the button to assign the specifications/plan and see if the lot is updated.

If not, please tell us:

1) what is the inspection type and origin for this lot.

2) what are that statuses of the lot at this time.

That might help us.

Are you using any sort of change management or versioning on your task lists?

Hello FF,

I've double checked QA02 as you suggest ma the task isn't assinged to the lot.

1)Inspection type is the standard 01 (Good receipt from PO) and the lot origin is 01 (Good Receipt)

2) Lot status is CRTD CHCR SPRQ

Thanks for your help.

What about on your material master?

I assume you meant the task list isn't assigned in QA02.

QA02 screen on the specifications tab, is the value "insp. with mat spec." ticked on?

Is the material spec maintained?

Has this material ever been inspected before? Or is it a new material?

You've assumed correctly. The task list isn't assigned in QA02

The value "insp. with mat spec." isn't flagged

No this isn't a new material but it has not inspected before. I've add the Quality managment data in MM02 for an existing material

1) Compare date: MAPL-DATUV (insp. plan valid from) and QALS-GUELTIGAB (insp. lot key date)

The valid from date should be equal or smaller than insp. lot key date.

2) Compare quantities: PLKO-LOSBS (max lot size) and QALS-LOSMENGE (ins. lot quantity)

The max lot size should be equal or larger than insp. lot quantity.

3) Check MAPL-LIFNR (vendor restriction on insp. plan)

If any value exist, QALS-LIFNR (vendor) should be equal.

Make sure that "Date of creation of task list must be prior to that of date of creation of inspection plan.

Have been said that ,go to qa02>inspections specs->change the date here to "prior or equal to date of creation of task list"-->click on inspec specs & click on sample.

I hope you can get it

Also make sure that task list is realeased & Usage is same.
