PP04 Control key used in Standard Routing

Dear Experts

Can you please help me to overcome from my following problem

1. I have created standard routing with 3 (10,20 and 30) operation

2. PP01,PP01 and PP04 control key assinged to all three operation Simultaneously

3. At last operation (30) i have introduced 10 Inspection Characteristic

4. If Qaulity test will be fail, want to select new operation 'Rework' automatically

Can i do through object dependecy ? How ?

I am not sure about the Dynamically introducing the operation but there is concept of "Unplanned Char" introduction during the result recording.

You can explore this may be instead of operation you can put the unplanned char in the same operation if a char is rejected.

this is manual process
