J2EE Status infor unavaliable

Hi expert,

I have Solution Manager 7.0 with JAVA and ABAP stack, now the ABAP works fine, but the JAVA can't start up, from MMC, the display work.exe, it shows J2EE status info unavaliable. my system is MS SQL 2005 WIN2003, CI +DI is on one host, DB is on annother host. now i can't open Visual administrator and configue tool.

How to correct this issue?

Hi All,

The issue was resolved, it is a DB aceess problem, Delete the Sever role: sysadmin role from DB user SAPSIDDB, then restart the JAVA stack.

Dear, i am facing this issue and i googled it and applyied solution but

the abap stack is showing yellow with 

Running, Message Server connection ok, Dialog Queue time: 0.00 sec, J2EE status info unavailable

while J2EE Process table is showing empty...

would you tell me procedure of Delete the Sever role: sysadmin role from DB user SAPSIDDB

HI majamil ,

There are more issue lead to J2EE inro inavaliable, could you please make suere yours is same to me full? if you want to try my method, please carefully, please login your database using SIDADM account, go to secrity-->logins, you will see the db account:SAPSIDDB, which is used to connection J2EE DB SCHEMA, Please remove it from server role: sysadmin if it is assigned to systadmin role.

Can you please check dev_server0 and std_server0.out file in the j2ee engine work directory?

Can you check what's the exit code for the shutdown in dev_server0?

Please ensure you have the correct profile parameters maintained as per note 741289. Also please check at the file system level all the profiles for the correctness as per this note. Sometimes a manual modification at the file system level causes issues even if the DB has the correct parameters maintained.

Roger,

Check the below notes..Did you try "netstat -a" and "netstat -an" to check if there's any DNS problem??

Note 525900 - GZZ > 1 possible network problems detected

Note 501902 - Error in the SAP dispatcher

Note 124562 - Hostname resolution problems (DNS timeouts)
