Hi All,
I am working on IDOC->XI->File scenario.
I did all condiguration in SLD/IR/ID/ALE correctly.
But when i am triggering IDOC in IDOC->XI->File scenario
I am getting following error in SM58.
<b>"No service for system SAP<SID>, client XXX in Integration Directory"</b>
Entries in SM58->
Caller-user ID
Function module-IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS
Target system-logical system name of XI
Status text-No service for system SAP<SID>, client XXX in Integration Directory
etc.
There is no message entry in SXMB_MONI. And in RWB.
Please guide what is the cause of IDOC stuck in SM58.
Thanks in advance
Hi Rohan,
plz have a look to SLD /business system (R/3). Did you configure a logical system name? You can change it there, if you forgot. Go to transaction BD54 in R/3 if you dont know the name. Then delete the business system from IB directory (dont activate the change list) and reimport it. No configuration objects will be destroyed. Control the logical system name of your business system at "Adapter Specific Identifiers".

Udo

Hi,
I think the cause of the problem is wrong IDX1 entry and Adapter spcecific Identifiers.
Go to IDX1 trasaction in XI and check the port etc. This should be SAP<SID> and RFC destination.
And also check the Business System->Adapter Specific IDentifiers in the configuration.
Have a look into this SAP note- 940313

Hi Rohan,
In your ID, in the Sender Business System --> Adapter Specific Identifiers, have you given the logical name for the business System pointing to the R3 system?

Bhavesh
