Dear Experts,
I have a critical issue regarding the document flow updates. we have created a sales order in which document flow is showing PGI date as 01/01/2010 in India. But when the same document other person is opening up at different location like France its showing 02/01/2010. Could you please tell me why this difference is their for the same sales order, how its possible and what all measure can rectify this.
Help is really appreciated.
Thanks a lot in advance.
hi,
this is to inform you that,
please check the time difference between india and france.
basing on that you may come to conclusion on the same.
this timings depends on the server timings which will get populated on the right side of the system.
please check this and get back to me if you have any issues.
regards,
balajia

Hi Ramakanth,
The other user's time zone setting is the key here. Please set his time zone same as system time zone.

Hi ramkant,
The issue is because of the time zone difference between the 2 user id's, this will have no effect as any reference to this dates will be through the standard tables (say VBFA - document flow), will show the actual GI date in tune with the system time & this date will be common for both your eids.
