Hi
While doing Final Preparatory Steps in unicode conversion (Nametab
handling),we are getting an error "DD sources table xx could not be
read"after creating Nametab.Please find below for the list of
tables which cannot create the entries in nametab.

DD sources table TIBAN_ACTIVE could not be read
DD sources table SAPWLMTOC2 could not be read
DD sources table SAPWLMTOC1 could not be read
DD sources table SAPWLMONI could not be read
DD sources table SAPWLMLOG could not be read
DD sources table CNV_00001_USR could not be read
DD sources table CNVCLU could not be read
DD sources table /SSF/PTAB could not be read
DD sources table /SSF/DTAB could not be read
DD sources table /SSF/DHEAD could not be read

Hi Vinay,
In general SAP note 1307982 should be followed.
Regarding the tables you mentioned:
1) TIBAN_ACTIVE: see SAP note 663781
2) SAPWLMTOC1, SAPWLMTOC2, SAPWLMONI, SAPWLMLOG
The mentioned tables were introduced for the functionality described in note 945279 and they are not used anymore in release 7x.
3) CNVCLU and CNV_00001_USR: see SAP note 719989
4) /SSF/PTAB, /SSF/DTAB, /SSF/DHEAD: see SAP note 945279 point 4.
For those tables which are obsolete, you can ignore the message (as stated in attachment of SAP note 765475 - Unicode Conversion Trouble Shooting Guide)
