Hello,
we have ChangeManagement implemented in SolMan over several landscapes.
Currently the roles of Developer (creation of changes throug TO) and ChangeManager (transportation of TO in Prod) are separated. But through organizational changes, we need to change this.
So we would like to have an mix of both groups. So that the group is able to do developments, transport them to QAS System.
Regarding import to PRD we want to restrict the right, so that one developer "A" will not be able to import his own TO into PRD-system. But he should be able to import the transports of all other developers "B" "C"....
Is there an way to do such an customizing in SolMan ?
Any hints & help are appreciated.
Regards,
Pierre
Hi,
I have used Standard SAP ChARM Roles to achieve this. These roles can control an action in ChaRM.

Hello Pierre,
I contacted our Change Management developer and discussed about your question. Currently we do not have any authorization check for the import on transport request level (on action level it is possible, note 1002541 for example).
If you want to achieve this, you should do some customer development and modifications.
Best regards,
