How to hide the document relations in document flow ?

Hi,guys

My client's require to use copy quotation to an other quotation,but they want not show the quotation's relations

in document flow.They want to use quotation copy control slove quotation fast entry.

So I set up the copy control QT to QT and turn off the update document flow and Pos./neg. quantity with blank

in AGN item level,but when I create a quotation with reference and show the document flow,the referenced quotation

always in the document flow.

Is there any method to meet the requirement?

Hi,

One way is to create a role which will allow users to see the document flow, and then assign this rule to only those users to whom you want to see the document flow,

This is just a suggetion,

This is standard SAP behaviour. Update field at copy control level controls document flow at item level. If this indicator is switched off then also, you would see document flow. Only item table VBFA will not be updated.

You cant stop document flow at header level in standard SAP.
