copy inspection result

i want to copy the result from some lot while doing RR. In result recording it show the POP UP WINDOW for inspection lot reference but not copy the result for that lot would u plz guide me

i selected "2 previous inspection lot" in inspection plan but still its not copying the result against the ref lot no which i give in RR

Hello Nazir

Please make sure that the sampling procedure from which you are copying and copying into has the same one. if there is a mismatch it might not copy.

could u plz help me in Copying Result while RR , i made all the setting and while doing RR system is also showing the POP UP for ref lot when i put some lot no (for which i have done RR ) in ref window it does nt copy the result from the ref lots

plz tell me in inspection plan its selected 02 from previous lot

if you want copy one lot to another lot you should maintain below points

1)all characteristics is unique means quality plan should be unique

2)all characteristics should be valuated then only you are able to copy to one lot to another lot any clarification revert me back

Also Characteristic are valuated and Closed (status 5)
