Which applications i need make download and install for run webdynpro projects in localhost?

Hi,

You need the following prerequisites:

1. Install Netweaver Development Studio to develop web dynpro application.

2. Install Web Application Server (Java) which has the J2EE Engine used for deployment of your application.

3. Install Enterprise Portal, through which you can make your application available for any user to access it.

You can download a sneak preview version of NWDS/ Netweaver, from the SAP Market place (service.sap.com). Do necessary configurations and strictly follow the instructions on installation process.

Hi Eduardo,

if you are new to this stuff you hould try out the Sneak Previews in the download section of SDN at:

https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/downloads

For getting used to WebDynpro maybe the "Slim Java Edition-Trial" is enough, but you can also try out the "Full Java Edition2004s-Trial" which contains all the fancy features you can get.
