I want to see the message bytes sent out from a SOAP receiver adapter using the Message monitor at: http://<server>:<port>/MessagingSystem/monitor/monitor.jsp

But the button "Display Message Bytes" button, takes to an error page that shows: "The current user has no authorization to view the message payload!"

Could you please help how to fix this?

hi,

you would need SAP_XI_MONITOR_J2EE role to your user for checking the payload.

The user ID does have all the roles SAP_XI*

Hi Swati,

As the error message clearly indicates that the user does not have authorizations to view the Payload. Request your BASIS Team to add the specified user roles to access the payload.

Your user id does not have rights to view the pay load, request basis team to add required roles. this will solve your problem.
