Hi,
I was loading the Basis support packs 19 for our basis [ERP 6.0 system].It got hung in between and now it is giving this error
" Syntax error in program "SAPLOCS_ALV_UI" for every transaction.
Before doing this I had upgraded the kernel for 185 to 254.
Now it is giving dumps for all transactions including SPAM.
Do i need to import it from the O/s level? Please guide on how to do this.
The o/s is windows and db is SQL.
Thanks,
Visshwas

Hi,
Yes, you need to update the patch through TP and R3 commands at the OS level. Thats should be done in concurrence with SAP. Even if you get lots of suggestions regarding this issue over the forums, it is better to raise a OSS message and let SAP check this issue.
I hope you have a backup of your database before the patch update.
