In my client scenario market create promotions in APO and they will activate by night schedule job.
When user check in the system he observed that few promotions are not activated by this batch job. could you please explain the reasons for this.
In this issue I guess the promotions which are not activated might be created outer than the time horizon which is mentioned the job. ex if suppose the batch job only activate the promotions which are created in with in two months from todays date but the promotions created which are not activated for after 2 months. this is my guess only but not sure.
Could you please guide me on this issue how to proceed.
