Export smartform to PDF

Hi Expert,

I try to open the smartform in PDF format in ESS EP6.0. It works fine if all the content inside the smartform is english.

But when I have some traditional chinese characters in the smartform, I cannot open the PDF and have the below error.

"The japanese language support package is required to display this page properly"

I really don't have any japanese character in my smartform. Please help.

Solved by using another font in smartform

Can you tell me font name? My form is having Arabic text and gets the same error!
