third party create PR

Hi Experts,

I Define configure schedule line type ,CS to createBN(PR type) ,YS to create ZBN(PR type).

A sales order , it has two schedule line, the type ,CS AND YS.

When i create it ,only one Purchase Requisition 10000768 is created, and the PR have two line items,PR Type is BN.

How can i change the configure to get two PR? PR type is ZBN and BN.

Why you want to have different PR document types? What could be the reason? Is it really required?

analyse the requirement & need of having diff doc types?

std SAP supports one PR document per Order. it is replica of Sales order which will convert into PR as ofr as information is concerned.

Hi,

Have You maintained item category and Schedule line Category determination for the both same, It is unable to distingiush between two scheudle line category it should be different determination so as to raise two PR.

So First change item category assigment for two material and then the schedule line category.

Even though u have two or more than two system will give only one PR.
