Blank Page when opening the storyboard

Hi All,

We are on NW 2004S SP8. We have followed the installation and config

guide for Visual Composer. Our enviroment is windows 2003 server with

oracle 10g database. we have also installed Adobe SVG Viewer 3.0 and MS

XML Parser 4.0 sp2. We are running on jdk 1.4.12.

On testing the VC default page we get storyboard as blank page.Please

note that note no.954467 is not applicable to us. Please help asap.

Hi Nidhi,

Please check to install the SVG Viewer on the client.

--*We are running on jdk 1.4.12.*

Can you please check whether or not you are running on supported version of JDK?.

The supported JDK for VC is 1.4.2 and above.

Are you getting javascript errors? Are you using the fully qualified domain name?
