"CRM_BUPA_MOBILE_INITIAL" report is showing time out

this report is used to download BUPA (buisness partners) data fromsap crm server, when this report runs in application server, while downloading data from server as data is very large it shows time out........

tell how to make it more performance optimized so that it dont time out.

Hi,

I do not see a possibility of the report optimization. Thus you can try following:

1. Execute the report as background job, it will allow 60 minutes for processing before a timeout as compared to 10 minutes timeout on direct execution.

2. Check your CRM configurations and see if you can reduce the number of Businsess Partners being selected for download to MI. I really don';t think that it makes sense to have a very huge data set for mobilization.
