Table TCOKT - link Order Category to a Purchase Requisiton

Hello all,

Can someone explain me how can I insert a new entry in table TCOKT. I have already one entry making the link between order category = 30 to a purchase requisiton document type. Now I need to create a new entry to make the link between order category = 30 to another purchase requisiton document type.
