Hi,
I'm looking for a function module to maintain partners on notification level not on task level.
The only thing I've found is creating bdc data and pass it over to a transaction call. Any further suggestions?

In case you use reference objects, you could have a look to EXIT_SAPLIPAR_002 Selection of notification partners.
