Shopping Cart Approval - Multiple Approvers

Hi Experts,

I have been trying to understand the workflow set up here for the Shopping Cart Approval process. When a Shopping Cart has multiple approvers (single level) and any one of the approvers approves the cart, the line item disappears from the inbox (SRM) of the other approvers. However, we came across a couple of cases where the approval line item still exist in the inbox of the approver even though the cart has actually been approved. When the cart is tried to be approved again the message pops up "The Shopping Cart has since been approved. Changes no longer possible."

Could you help me identify the workflow task or the BADI which makes posible the deletion of approved line items from others inbox. Any lead would help me resolve the problem in the system.

Hi,

It looks inbox refresh timing problem. If workitem goes to user A and B. Both users open inbox in morning and user A is executed the workitem. Workitem is removed from user A but it is visible in user B inbox until next refresh.

Do you use Portal UWL or SRM Inbox ?
