VBAP-STAFO is missing.

Dear All,

Creating credit memo request CR, item level update statistic group (VBAP - STAFO) is missing(blank) for one sales organization.

If we create same for other sales organization, its getting as 3 in same feild, where to check??

I think, it depends on your item category maintained in IMG settings SD => Basic Functions => Pricing Control => Define Pricing By Item Category.

There if you maintain any value under the tab "Statistical value", system will populate the corresponding value. Check and update the forum whether my conclusion is right or wrong :-0)

Dear All,

Got the solution, missing customization in update groups for sales organization.

SPRO> Logistic Genenral > LIS > Logistics Data Warehouse > Updating > Updating Control > Settings: Sales > Statistics Groups

Here your need to assign at item level and header level.
