Insurance activation problem

Dear all,

We are using ECC 6.0 in this we have activated insurance module in 100 client , so insurance related t-code : fpp1 is working fine .

were as when i logging into client 200 that fpp1 T-code is not opening .

Although Insurance activation is client independet ,we cannot able to work on the client 200 .

Kindly help on this problem .

i am not getting any error . when i give the t-code : fpp1 , screen is not opening .
