Saving data in DMS

I have a requirement that when PO is taken Print out by ME9F then a pdf copy of that PO should be saved in DMS and as and when required it can be fetched from there.

reply was not helpful. I just wanted to save a document automatically to dms for which i didnt get useful reply.

When PO is areadly available in "ME23N" for display and anytime it can seen, Why do you want to save in SAP DMS.

I Think this requirement is little bit weired.

Discuss with your client and once again post your thread.

Hi Sonu,

Mangesh is right! I have done lot of projects in dms but nowhere PO is saved in DMS bcoz PO is available in SAP standard screen.

Now, still you have requirement to upload then you need to upload it thru t-code CV01n only. If you want to upload PO screen it's not feasible in standard and will not get saved in SAP DMS content server.
