Finding the SC no. in SOST for '#EBP_GEN_REPLY#'

All,

Generallly, requests with doc. title '#EBP_GEN_REPLY#' will be be received in SOST ( which triggers when approver approves/rejects the SCs thru offline ). In this am unable to find the Shopping Cart number for which this request got triggered ?

How can i come to know for which Shopping Cart this transmission request(with doc. title '#EBP_GEN_REPLY#' ) been generted in SOST ?

Any inputs ?

Hello Pilla,

First, mail generated by approver (by clicking onto reject or approver hyper-link in workflow approval mail) with subject "#EBP_GEN_REPLY#" cannot be found in transmission requests from SAPconnect ( SOST transaction) but in inbound send requests from the SAPconnect ( SOIN transaction).

Then, those mails are transmitted to the Sap Business Work Place of WF-BATCH user.

Regarding your question, have a look at RBBP_OFFLINE_EVAL report to understand how, using mail content, workitem ID can be identified and so SC number.
