File Upload UI Element: Text Dissappear

I am using Fileupload UI element to upload a file from the local system into context of Web Dynpro application. After uploading a file the complete file path appears in the UI. But this complete path disappears once any event occurs in the application.

Is there any way to retrieve this file path from IWDResource object bound to FileUpload UI and set this path back to the UI.

Any inputs on this would be helpful!

No SOlution. Seems a SAP UI Element Problem. Hope its fixed in subsequent releases.

Hi,

since you close the thread I answer here. As far as I know the FileUp/Download UI elements are not webdynpro UI elements but this functionality is provided by the browser itself. I'd recommend to make a try to use different browsers to see whether that case the same problem is reproducible. You can also look for some fix from microsoft if it is Internet Explorer for example.
