After upgrade to SAP Release 720 text editing problems

After an upgrade of SAP to Version 720, (File version 7200.1.0.3166) we keep seeing the message after editing text, "Do you want to save changes to Word Vault Add-In 2003.dot?" Is there a fix to this? We are using Office 2003 currently. I cannot find any other information regarding this anywhere....Thanks.
