Hi,
We are installing a SLD on 64bit platform.
We have installed the AS java without problems. However, following the post-installation guide, we cannot create UME roles for assigning the corresponding UME actions to them. That is to say, we create a UME role but when we add the corresponding UME action, it is not saved, getting the following error:
An error occurred in the persistence. The original message (possibly not translated) was: "(No text available): Unbalanced sequence of transaction demarcation operations".
Any idea?
Thanks in advance,
Samantha.
Problem was solved.
For creating UME roles like Savy said, we needed to access to host using the user "<SID>Adm". Afterwards, following the post-installation guide was not more problems.
Thanks anyway,
Samantha.

Hi Samantha.
The Java AS seems to be a standalone SAP Java stack, is this the case? if yes, what kind of UME persistence you are using?
Is it Java DB or any LDAP?
Are you able to create user/group and assign a role the user or group with UME UI: http://<host>:<port>/useradmin?
Thanks
Thunder
