when i access SCC4 to prevent changes to a client, there is a field for the City that the client is hosted in - does it even matter what this is set to? If so , why? will it affect anything from a security or authorisations point of view - what's it for???

This fiels "City" doesn't have any implication on Security or Authentication point of view. Neither it represents where the Server is hosted. It is just a documentation of the City or Office for which the Client is basically in use.

Thanks for the speedy response - i am going to assume it really doesnt matter what this field is set to and leave it alone!
