ERP, GTS and EWM integration for customs management

We are trying to set up a solution with ERP, GTS and EWM for customs management. The issue we are running into is that the inbound deliveries are either transmitted to GTS or EWM but not both. Any suggestions as to how to integrate in this scenario will be appreciated.

Missed a step in activation...everything is working fine. The inbound delivery was distributed to both the systems successfully.

Does your configuration use transit procedure?

We are also using EWM & GTS, however we use CRM.

Currently inbound deliveries will make it to GTS as a transit procedure entry, however there is no item data.

Any thoughts?
