Hi,

We have WBS with AVAC ( Annual Budget). Is it possible to be at this situation : ? ( It is immpossible for me check in our system)

1. PO created in 2010 delivery date 2010 ( budget is taken from 2009)

2. Good Receipt 2011 ( posting date 01.01.2011)

In the case of this is possible, our client does not carryforward commitment nor budget...

Does the budget taken from 2010 and actual cost is in 2011?

Thanks a lot,

Sara

Confirmed, commitment is retrieved from previous year and it is possible make the GR even there is no budget in nexte year because there is not standard check.

theoratically speaking, the system wont stop you this transaction, because budget check will not happen during GR in Std. SAP. But, I have not tried this.

Hi,

My question is not related with tolerance ( it is not a problem for us), but in my example I think budget is taken from one year (2010) and actual is posted to another year (2011) Is it possible?

Before GR

Budget Real Commitment Availability budget (CJ30)

2010 1000 900 100 0

2011 1500 0 0 1500

After GR

Budget Real Commitment Availability budget (CJ30)

2010 1000 900 0 0

2011 1500 100 0 1500

Thanks again!!

Sorry, I misinterpreted your report data. I dont think you can do GR for future date. Check your GR document and see the posting date. if that shows the proper date then probably you should reconstruct your IS database

This will depend on the tolerance limit for AVAC if it is warning then no problem.
