Condition for status change in SLFN

Former Member

Hi all,

i've set up a condition for my SLFN message type. When the userstatus is changed from "new" to "in process" it should check for one field to be filled. I implemented badi SOCM_CHECK_CONDITION, and think i've done all the required assignments in the customizing.

The problem is that my implementation is never called (of coure it's activated), and i just don't know why. I am pretty much clueless and desprate right now.

I would be very gratefull if any one got an idea where the problem could be.

Regards

Daniel

Hi and thank you for your reply,

the thing is it actually works for the change request (SDCR) but not for a support message (SLFN).

Is there any difference between the calls or the customizing that has to be done?

Hi,

I think the Action must be assigned to the action profile.

For SLFN, it should be most likely SLFN0001_ADVANCED.

it can be easily maintained in SPPFCADM.

Yes you're right. I missed the action for status check in the action profile.

Thank you.
