First, you will have to define an auto-reaction method that performs the type of notification you are wanting.
Secondly, you will need to assign that auto-reaction method to the MTE you are wanting monitored, and adjust the threshholds as desired.
Peform a test (either by setting the threshholds unreasonably low or replicate an error) and verify that it performs as desired.
