Output not created in backend ECC after upgrade from SRM 4.0 to SRM 7.0!

Hi experts,

We are upgrading from SRM 4.0 to SRM 7.0. using the extended classic scenario

In SRM 4.0 we would have backend ECC sent the output to the suppliers. This is automatically determined once the order is copied into the backend ECC.

Once upgraded, the order is copied into ECC as prior to the updagrade, however the output is not determined as it should.

We are using the exact same data as prior to the upgrade.

If I create a ECPO order in backend ecc, the output is determined as it should...

Hi Brian

It seems the modification which you had in SRM4.0 system is overwritten during the upgrade. Please reimplement the procedure which you followed in SRM 4.0 for the same.

Note 883693 describes the whole procedure

If everything is fine at the above front, check your output determination settings in ECC for the document type concerned.
