Hi Gurus.

I want one Order(12 lacs) against i need to bill him 1 bill a month(1 lacs each).

in a year 12 bills need to be generated.

Shall i go for Value Contract?

Hi,

You can either go for a value contract or a Scheduling agreement.

In either of these cases, you have to implement the periodic billing with the value of Rs.1lakh permonth. This billing plan should be enabled in these documents so that the plan of billing is updated in the source document itself. Then when you create the billing document at month end for this document, it will automatically take Rs.1lakh for invoicing.

You have to explore on periodic billing for the configuration.

If delivery-related, you may consider using Scheduling Agreement function - maintain one line item for 12 lacs, then in Schedule Line --> maintain 1 lacs each with the specific date (i.e. on monthly basis)..

With the same Order.. you are now able to carry out Delivery and immediately perform a Billing (w.r.t. Delivery) on monthly basis..
