Hi Lucas,

Can you please describe your problem bit more ?

Did you created any distributed list, where you have maintained the bunch of mail ids ??

If yes, and from this bunch few users are getting mail and few are not getting then you have to check the logs from Mail server. whether mail server administrator are getting any hit on the mail server for that particular user or not.

Thanks

Anil

from client 999 execute SOST and check how many emails are sent, waiting and error.

Change your selection in SOST --> send status --> select all (waiting, errors, sent, transmitted) and check whether you got the email entry in SOST which end user told not received.

If there is no entry in SOST then don't expect email at user end.
