ERM error, when adding function id to a new role

Hi experts,

We are on GRC AC ERM 12.0. When creating a role and adding function id (any function ID), I am getting the error as: " Unknown error occurred while performing operation (Function template /VIRSA/RE_BAPI_ORG_IDScould not be retrieved from DLT).

I have already applied sap note: 1441463 in the system. Still the issue is there.

Any further suggestion?

Hi Guru,

From the error I infer that the issue is with assigning function IDs. The system might not be able to assign a function ID. Have you uploaded the role correctly? Also check the active X control settings are all enabled. If you are using Internet Explorer, goto Tools, Internet Options, click on the Security Tab, click on Custom level and ensure that all "ActiveX controls and plug in's" are enabled.

This causes similar issues and may resolve the current issue.

If the issue still persists, revert with your findings.
