System Status changed

Hi,

In CRM_DNO_MONITOR, some how system status was changed and insted of Complete, Distribution Lock & Release were display.

Previously ststem status Complete was display, but now its not siaply.

Please help me to solve this problem.

HI,

Please kindly verify this note and kindly verify through the

mentioned steps:

695085 Preventing the distribution of Support Desk documen

1.If you want to avoid in future that documents are distributed, please

deactivate the BADI Implementation CRM_BUS20001_UPLOAD in transaction

SE19. Be aware that after changing no BDOC for distribution (e.g. to

R/3) are created.

2.Delete afterwards please all unprocessed BDoc´s by using the

transaction SMW01

3.Deactivate in table CRM_JEST the distribution status of the affected

documents manually. These documents have the actual status

"I1054 (To be distributed)".

The only way you can deactivate the status is to go into the database

table and deactivate the status manually for each document.-

Some additional pointers

Point 3:

/SE16, enter the table CRM_JEST, select one which you want to

correct, then display it,

After that you can entry /h, go to debug mode,entry CODE,

in right side, there should be "show", change it to "EDIT"

then process enter. then the table CRM_JEST can be changed.

You can select debug in menu bar->select switch to classic debug

in the field name input CODE, then the right side should be SHOW,

change SHOW to EDIT, press the pen button, press F8, you can go back to

the screen of the document which you selected, deactivate status I1054

and save it. it should be ok!
