SRM 7.0 Error in Display of Approval in Purchase Orders

Hi SRM Gurus,

We're encountering the below errors when we clicked on the Approval tab during display of Purchase Orders. The PO document already go through the approval process, and suppliers were able to create the PO response. But when the buyer views the PO document, the below errors occur.

"Cannot get process info; function BBP_PDH_WFL_APPROVAL_SIMULATE throws exception Workflow Not Found"

"PDO Layer error "

"PDO Layer error "

We're in SRM 7.0 and using Process-controlled Workflow.

Would really appreciate any help on troubleshooting this issue.

Hi,

Go to T.code : SWO1

Enter the business object BUS2201

click on Second button -generate

it will thro eror . (or) It will display message object BUS2201 -Object generated successfully

Please check and revert if you had any issues

Hi Ganesh,

I executed the below steps and the system displays the message "Object generated successfully".

But when I checked on the Purchase Order Approval tab, the error still occurs.

Hi,

Go to SPRO -SRM

Business workflow>Process controlled workflow> technical configuration-->customize SAP business workflow automatically ---

in that -

---

maintain definition environment---

Green Tick is there or not check

If red cross mark is there

check with BASIS to activate that .

Purchase order worflow will be activated

(or) Check in SWB_PROCUREMENT whether Start condition for your workflow is active or not
