Hi Santhosh,

The statement above is right.

Sap does not allow to automatic PO creation from sales order,it only allows the PR and later PR can be converted in to PO(MM).

correct if wrong.

Hi huys, it's possible to create automatically the PO from SO.

You can set the flag "create PO" in the item category and then customize the WF.

If you want a guide step-by-step on the this, please refer on online guide of the mentioned filed (F1 on the field) and click on the link.

You can find the interactive list of the steps to implement to convert automatically the PR in PO.

I have done al lot of times during my project and it's completely standard.

The fields Order Type, Item Category & Acct Assgt Cat. in the schedule line category configuration [VOV6] make a purchase requisition created automatically.

Hi Santosh

Before posting a query please make an effort to search in the forum.

Automated PO cannot be created only PR can be created when you save a sales order in third party scenario.

The control is in the schedule line category CS and also in item category TAS.

Explore the things there
