Change batch after UD

Hi Expert:

There is a a manually created lot ,and the UD is made.How can i change the batch number?

I don't want to cancle the lot.

Dear,

In this case you can do this with material to material transfer with same material number. MB1B use movement type 309 and change the reciving material batch number. Else use the User exit QEVA0008. With this user exit u can reset the UD

Please Refer the note 175842.

Yes I think as there is no stock posting so no mvt type & sap Note will help.

The last solution left is to apply he User exit QEVA0008 which will reset the UD.this will change the status & then you can change the batch.

Since this is a manually created inspection lot, no material movements will help you.

In fact, nothing will help you. Since the UD is already made, you can't change anything about the inspection lot. Sorry.

All you can do is go in to QA11 and document that the lot was incorrectly created.

Create a new manual lot for the batch you want.

Dear try this use MB1B movement type 311 where the sending and receiving storage loactions are the same. You can set the receiving batch during the posting.

Check and Revert.
