Bapi for vk11 which contains sales org, material no& price

Can you please suggest me any bapi for vk11. I have tried BAPI_PRICE_CONDITION but it does not contain price feild & i dont want to change the structure of BAPI_PRICE_CONDITION .

Dont know what purpose you are looking for BAPI_PRICE_CONDITION?

if you want to download/extract price conditions Use Table from SE16. Eg: A<table no>

if you want to upload prices in bulk Use tx:XK15 wrt key combination, record it & upload via LSMW / BDC will be easy.
